All PhD applications must be linked to a thesis offer published before the application.

Applications must be made via the dedicated interface indicated in each thesis offer. The information given must be completed with annexes to be attached as a signle pdf file on the interface.

After review by the doctoral school, you will receive an email informing you of the registration procedure.

You can carry out your pedagogical enrollment online via ADUM. You will be asked to fill in as precisely as possible the information concerning your application (type of funding, origin of funding, thesis director, laboratory, etc). You do not need to provide a copy of your doctoral contract if you have not yet obtained it, but you should do so as soon as possible. It is also possible to obtain a provisional certificate of enrollment at the doctoral school if this is necessary for the preparation of your work contract.

At the same time and with the help of your thesis director, you can start to fill in your Individual doctoral agreement necessary for your final registration to the doctoral school.

Once your file has been completed online, it will be validated by your thesis director, then by the laboratory and finally by the doctoral school.

You will receive an email inviting you to register at your chosen educational institution partnered with the doctoral school. You will receive by post details of the registration procedure, as well as deadline for registration.

The manager of your university will send you your identifiers to register online.

For information, the registration fee is approximately 380€, plus 100€ for the CVEC certificate, compulsory from the 2018-2019 academic year.

Once your administrative registration has been finalised, you will be able to collect your certificate of registration, certificate from the relevant department or ask for it to be sent to your home address.
